NEW WORKSHOPS FOR EARLY YEARS!

From this term I am introducing NEW puppet based literacy workshops for Early Years children. Using Noah Ramsbottom and the Cave Elves, Noah's adventure in the dinosaur world is told and children are encouraged to write, draw and create their own Diplodocus, T-Rex, Flying Maching, even their own Noah and Littleplod!

Creative Writing in the Yorkshire Dales

At long last I can confirm the details of my Creative Writing workshops.

The dates for the first two of these two day courses for will be:

Wednesday 27th and Thursday 28th June 2012

&

Wednesday 11th and Thursday 12th July 2012.

The venue is Clapham Village Hall, Clapham http://www.claphamyorkshire.co.uk/ near Settle, North Yorkshire and the main theme of the courses will be 'Inspiration on our doorstep!'

Light lunch will be provided each day and local station collection can be arranged.

Each year this sanctuary takes in more than 500 abandoned or neglected animals, from dogs, cats, rabbits, budgies and ferrets to horses, pigs and goats.  But the current economic climate has taken its toll, resulting in a decline in charitable donations, increased bills and more animals than ever finding their way to the Sanctuary as the ‘squeeze’ hits their owners.
